Fig.1 Detection of ABCB1 expression in Abcb1a/Abcb1b-KO(SD) rat by WB. Rat ABCB1 was exclusively detectable in small intestine, brain and kidney from WT SD. The small intestine, brain and kidney tissue lysates were collected from 20-week-old male wild-type SD rat and 20-week-old male homozygous Abcb1a/Abcb1b-KO(SD) rat, and then analyzed by western blot.
