图1. RT-PCR检测CCR5人源化小鼠脾脏中hCCR5的表达情况。引物对P1/2特异针对869bp的鼠源Ccr5序列，引物对P1/3特异针对607bp的人源CCR5序列，M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311)。
结果表明，杂合子小鼠（HE）脾脏同时表达人源CCR5和鼠源Ccr5，野生型小鼠（WT）脾脏只表达鼠源Ccr5。
