Following tamoxifen induction, zsGreen expression was observed in the brain, spinal cord, lungs, kidneys, trachea, and uterine adnexa.  In the absence of tamoxifen induction, low-level leaky expression of zsGreen was detected in the brain, spinal cord, lungs, trachea, and uterine adnexa. tdTomato expression was detected in the brain, spinal cord, lungs, trachea, and uterine adnexa, with no significant expression observed in other tissues.
