Sftpc -M2rtTA+/-小鼠与pTRE-H2BGFP阳性小鼠进行交配，取肺组织进行荧光显微镜拍照。实验结果显示小鼠经Dox诱导后，肺组织中有EGFP的表达，表达类型符合预期。
