该品系是由R26-(CAG-LSL-Luc-EGFP)（NM-KI-190095）品系与Ddx4-Cre工具鼠交配获得的R26-(CAG- Luc-EGFP)全身表达小鼠，理论上Luciferase应该普遍在表达，具体验证数据如下：
图1：活体成像检测R26-(CAG- Luc-EGFP) KI小鼠的Luciferase表达情况。结果显示杂合子小鼠相比野生型小鼠，呈现明显荧光。同时随着曝光时间的推移，荧光增强。
图2：活体成像检测R26-(CAG- Luc-EGFP) KI小鼠体内主要器官的Luciferase表达情况。结果显示杂合子小鼠相比野生型小鼠，呈现明显荧光。小鼠器官分布：
第一行从左到右：心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺、肾脏、胃
第二行从左到右：脑、胸腺、小肠、大肠、胰腺、睾丸附睾
