该品系是由R26-(CAG-LSL-Luc-EGFP)(NM-KI-190095)品系与Ddx4-Cre工具鼠交配获得的R26-(CAG- Luc-EGFP)全身表达小鼠,理论上Luciferase应该普遍在表达,具体验证数据如下:

图1:活体成像检测R26-(CAG- Luc-EGFP) KI小鼠的Luciferase表达情况。结果显示杂合子小鼠相比野生型小鼠,呈现明显荧光。同时随着曝光时间的推移,荧光增强。
