图1 短曝光下活体成像系统检测出 R26-CAG-LSL-luci-tdTomato;Dppa3-Cre双阳性小鼠相比野生型和R26-CAG-LSL-luci-tdTomato 单阳性小鼠,全身呈现明显荧光信号。

图2 长曝光下活体成像系统检测出 R26-CAG-LSL-luci-tdTomato 单阳性小鼠相比于野生型小鼠,呈现更多荧光信号,显示该小鼠在未与Cre鼠交配前Luciferase已经出现少许渗漏。
