【公开课】基因修饰小鼠制备与应用
基因修饰小鼠是目前生物医学研究中应用最广泛，最重要的实验动物模型之一。
40 多年来，人类对基因修饰小鼠的开发和利用极大的促进了哺乳动物基因功能研究的进展，对于人类疾病发生发展机制的探明功不可没。
在动物水平上建立真实模拟人类疾病的模型，对于药物新靶点的发现和临床前药效学评价等生物医学研究都具有十分重要的理论价值和临床意义。
本次讲座将探讨小鼠基因编辑的技术策略和最新的研究进展，以期使更多的生物医学领域的科研人员能学习和使用这些技术，并充分利用日益丰富的基因修饰小鼠资源，推动生物医学的发展。

嘉宾介绍
赵柏淞
中国海洋大学遗传学博士，现任上海南方模式生物科技股份有限公司高级产品经理。
博士研究生期间主要进行基因组学研究，毕业后于上海交通大学盛毓绶细胞与免疫学研究中心从事疾病模型方向的博士后研究。在南模生物工作期间主要负责基因修饰小鼠模型的研发及技术支持工作，在基因修饰小鼠模型制备、小鼠基因表达调控研究方面具有丰富的经验。
