根据《关于开展2018年度上海工程技术研究中心评估工作 的通知》（沪科〔2018〕474号）的要求，上海市科学技术委员会组织对信息与通信、生物医药与农业领域的99家上海工程技术研究中心进行了评估。
上海模式动物工程技术研究中心（依托单位：上海南方模式生物科技股份有限公司）荣膺20家优秀工程技术研究中心之列。
此次优秀的评估成绩，是对南模生物多年来的专注与努力的充分肯定。南模生物将再接再厉，深耕基因编辑模式生物的定制与开发，进一步推动工程中心的建设发展，充分发挥对科创中心建设的支撑作用。
