2023年2月25日，浦东新区人力资源和社会保障局联合上海科技大学主办的“2023人才就业创业服务进校园活动”在上海科技大学进行。
在此次活动中，南模生物和其他28家单位一起被授予“上海市浦东新区博士后创新实践基地入驻单位“。南模生物将在博士后创新基地政策支持下，加大优秀的博士生招聘力度，助力研发创新，提高公司核心竞争力！
授牌仪式结束后，南模生物受邀参加现场招聘会。会场上，上海科技大学副书记吴强教授亲临南模展台，了解南模招聘需求、调研学生就业信息。
