6.23 | 肿瘤研究动物模型讲座


动物模型在临床前抗肿瘤药物评价体系中发挥着重要的作用。肿瘤动物模型的建立为研究肿瘤发生与转移的机制、筛选和评价抗肿瘤药物的药效提供了有力的工具。啮齿类动物小鼠,因为其具有繁育速度快,成本低,可进行基因修饰等诸多优点,基于其构建的各类肿瘤模型构成了临床前治疗性药物筛选的主要工具。


常用的小鼠肿瘤研究模型有很多,例如,基因修饰自发肿瘤模型、同系肿瘤模型(Syngenic model)、药靶人源化的同系肿瘤模型、免疫系统/肿瘤双人源化动物模型等。本次课程,我们特别邀请了南模生物-工业客户部项目经理慈磊博士,为我们详细解答肿瘤药效研究常用的动物模型的构建和应用,希望能够助力临床前药效试验的优化,进而促进肿瘤治疗新策略的研发。

同济大学博士,主要从事小鼠疾病造模以及药效评价研究,具有多年肿瘤药效模型构建及CRO服务经验,目前负责主持南模生物各类抗肿瘤药物临床前研究项目。
