将CreERT2-polyA插入到小鼠Slc6a11基因起始密码子处。 Slc6a11是神经递质转运体GABA)成员11,它吸收抑制性神经递质-氨基丁酸(GABA),结束GABA的神经传递。Slc6a11-CreERT2与含有 loxP 侧翼序列的小鼠交配,诱导后Cre 介导的重组将导致后代 slc6a11阳性细胞中 floxed 序列的缺失。可用于研究癫痫和智力缺陷。
应用领域:Cre工具鼠,星形胶质细胞和神经元等区域
