On Day 0, WT C57BL/6 and HO hFCRN(2) mice were intravenously injected via the tail vein with IBI112 (hIgG1 Fc) and the YTE-modified IBI112 antibody (5 mg/kg), respectively. Blood was drawn at the indicated times, and serum was obtained for pharmacokinetic analysis (n=3 females, 8-10 weeks old). The results showed that, although a prolonged half-life of the YTE-modified IBI112 antibody in HO hFCRN(2) mice compared to WT C57BL/6 mice, the difference was not statistically significant due to large within-group variation. Data are shown as mean ± SEM.
