将2A-Cre插入到小鼠Oprk1基因终止密码子处。 Oprk1(opioid receptor, kappa 1)是阿片受体,多脑区表达。当与含有loxP位点侧翼序列的小鼠杂交时,cre介导的重组会导致表达细胞侧翼区域的缺失。阿片类受体的激活与记忆障碍有关,也在疼痛感知、镇痛和厌恶行为中发挥作用。
应用领域:Cre工具鼠,神经科学研究
