Fig.1 TIGIT&PVR双人源化纯合子小鼠通过尾静脉注射刀豆蛋白(9mg/kg)刺激6h,取脾脏细胞进行流式验证,检测 Tigit&Pvr 双人源化小鼠脾脏中人源 TIGIT 的表达。结果显示:TIGIT&PVR人源化纯合子小鼠脾脏的细胞中人源 TIGIT 表达活跃,且无鼠源 Tigit 表达。
