Fig1. FACS 检测CD3E人源化小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞中人源CD3E的表达。
结果显示: CD3E人源化杂合子小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞可以检测到人源CD3E和鼠源Cd3e的表达,且两者表达趋势类似。 CD3E人源化纯合子小鼠仅能检测到人源CD3E的活跃表达。
