Fig1. F8敲除大鼠活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）检测。结果显示F8-KO大鼠凝血所需时间明显长于野生型大鼠。
Fig2. 不同性别6w F8敲除大鼠纤维蛋白原（FIB）检测。结果显示无显著性差异。
