Leukocytes were collected from bone marrow of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (female, 8 weeks) and homozygous hCCR3 mice (female, 6 weeks), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCCR3 and anti-hCCR3. hCCR3 were exclusively detectable in hCCR3 humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
