Leukocytes were collected from WT (male, 6 weeks old) and HE hCXCR5 mice (male, 6 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCXCR5 and anti-hCXCR5. mCXCR5 were detectable in WT mice and HE hCXCR5 mice. hCXCR5 were exclusively detectable in HE hCXCR5 mice but not in WT mice.
