CD8 expression was analyzed from CD3+ population. hCD8 was exclusively detectable in the blood and spleen of HO hCD19/hCD8A humanized mice but not in WT mice, whereas mCD8 was exclusively detectable on T cells in WT C57BL/6 mice.
