CDCP1 was detectable in heart, liver, lung, colon, uterus and skin from both WT C57BL/6 and HO hCDCP1(2) mice, as the antibody was cross-reactived between human and mouse CDCP1. The heart, liver, lung, colon, uterus and skin lysates were collected from 7-week-old female wild-type C57BL/6 mice and 7-week-old female homozygous hCDCP1(2) mice, and then analyzed by western blot with anti-CDCP1 antibody.
