【公开课】基因修饰小鼠繁育及鉴定策略解析
基因修饰小鼠是目前生命科学研究以及生物医药研发中最重要的实验动物模型之一。40多年来，人类对基因修饰小鼠的开发和利用极大地促进了哺乳动物基因功能研究的进展，对于人类疾病发病机制的探究功不可没。
利用基因修饰小鼠开展正式实验之前，我们需要足够样本量的小鼠。根据修饰类型的不同，转基因、点突变、基因敲入、基因敲除、条件性基因敲除小鼠应如何进行后期的繁育？后代小鼠中哪种基因型小鼠可作为实验组，哪种基因型可作为对照组？

硕士研究生期间主要进行基因组学研究，在南模生物工作期间主要负责基因修饰小鼠的研发，以及小鼠饲养繁育产品线推广工作，在修饰小鼠模型制备、小鼠饲养繁育方面具有丰富的经验。
