Fig2. Detection of tdTomato(red) in various tissues of HdcCreERT2/+; Rosa26tdTomato/+ mouse.

The tissues that express tdTomato include: brain, spinal cord, lungs, liver, stomach, adrenal glands, kidneys, spleen, reproductive organs, thymus, and pituitary gland. Tissues with minimal tdTomato expression include: small intestine and skin.

Tissues that do not express tdTomato: heart, eyes, salivary glands, brown adipose tissue, pancreas, large intestine, and muscle.

In the control group, tdTomato shows very minimal leaky expression in the brain, stomach, adrenal glands, kidneys, spleen, and thymus. (8-weeks old, male) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
