DTR作用验证
Cd19-IRES-DTRGFP杂合子小鼠和野生型小鼠接种 MC38 结肠癌细胞系，肿瘤生长至约 100 mm3， Cd19-IRES-DTRGFP小鼠腹腔注射白喉毒素，每两天给药一次，连续给药3次，观察给药前后肿瘤生长情况，以及外周血中CD19+细胞情况。
