A NLS-iCre-pA expression cassette was knocked into the Myl1 gene start codon site via CRISPR/Cas9 mediated recombination.
应用领域：Cre-mediated recombination can be detected in the skeletal muscle of Myl1-Cre  mice. When crossed with a strain carrying a gene flanked by loxP sites, the flanked gene will be removed in cells expressing cre.
