图1. RT-PCR检测IL2RB人源化小鼠肝脏中hIL2RB的表达情况。引物对P1/2特异针对511bp的鼠源Il2rb序列，引物对P1/3特异针对513bp的人源IL2RB序列，M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311)。
结果表明，杂合子小鼠（HE）肝脏同时表达人源IL2RB和鼠源Il2rb，野生型小鼠（WT）肝脏只表达鼠源Il2rb。
