图3. LAG3 人源化小鼠MC38 荷瘤模型体内抗肿瘤药效验证。
LAG3 人源化纯合子小鼠接种MC38 结肠癌细胞系，肿瘤生长至约50mm3 随机将动物分组(n=5)。结果显示：针对人的LAG3 抗体单独给药未见抗肿瘤效果，针对LAG3 抗体与PD1 抗体联合给药显示出显著的抗肿瘤效果。
