图2:人源化KDR纯合子(huKDR-HO)小鼠中鼠源KDR蛋白和人源KDR蛋白的表达。结果显示huKDR-HO小鼠表达高水平的人源KDR蛋白,不表达鼠源KDR蛋白,符合预期。

图3 :KDR人源化小鼠 B16F1 荷瘤模型体内抗肿瘤药效验证。结果显示: 针对人源KDR的药物(CYRAMZA 即ramucirumab,雷莫芦单抗)有非常显著的抗肿瘤效果,证明 KDR人源化小鼠是一个很好的验证针对人 KDR药物药效的体内模型。
