图1. ICOS 人源化小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞活化后 FACS 检测 ICOS 表达。ICOS 人源化杂合子小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞经 anti-CD3 和 anti-CD28 刺激 48h 后收集细胞染色，同时设立不刺激组，抗体染色后，FACS检测人源 ICOS 表达。结果显示：ICOS 人源化杂合子小鼠活化的CD4+和 CD8+T 淋巴细胞中可以检测到人源 ICOS 的活跃表达。
