图2 ELisa检测IL2人源化杂合子（HE）小鼠中人源IL2的表达。IL-2-HU小鼠使用刀豆蛋白刺激4h后，取血清进行Elisa检测，结果显示IL2人源化杂合子小鼠中人源IL2表达活跃，符合预期。

取IL2人源化小鼠脾脏细胞使用“Leukocyte Activation Cocktail, with BD GolgiPlug”刺激4h后进行流式验证。结果显示： IL2人源化纯合子小鼠脾脏中只能检测到人源IL2的表达，无法检测到鼠源IL2的表达。
