图2. Ifng-Venus-Luci小鼠MC38-OVA荷瘤模型活体成像验证。给药组（PD1抑制剂治疗组） IFNγ表达的荧光信号在第八天（第一次给药48小时后）时相较对照组有明显增强。随着药物发挥治疗效果，肿瘤逐渐变小，荧光信号也相应变小。
