pAlb- hLPA-3’UTR-pA-TG/Apoe-KO female mice were divided into two groups for the administration of PBS and Olpasiran (1 mpk) via subcutaneous injection. A total of two doses were administered at 13 weeks and 20 weeks of age, respectively. (A) The body weight change (n=3 for both G1 and G2 groups and n=4 for G3 groups, Mean ± SEM); (B) Fasting blood glucose (n=3-4, Mean ± SEM, Unpaired t-test, *P<0.05); (C) The level of serum human LPA levels after doses of PBS and Olpasiran (n=3 for PBS group and n=4  for Olpasiran group, Mean ± SEM, Unpaired t-test, *P<0.05, **P<0.01); (D) Blood lipid profile (n=3-4, Mean ± SEM, Unpaired t-test and Mann Whitney test, *P<0.05, **P<0.01); (E) Normalized blood lipid profile ( The values were normalized to the lipid levels of G2 group at the age of 9 weeks old, n=3-4, Mean ± SEM, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 in G3 group versus G2 group under Unpaired t-test).
