Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 20 weeks old) and homozygous hCD300A mice (male, 20 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCD300A and anti-hCD300A. hCD300A was exclusively detectable in hCD300A humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
