Leukocytes were collected from blood and spleen of wild-type BALB/c mice (male, 8 weeks old) and homozygous hCD79B(BALB/c) mice (male, 6 weeks old), analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCD79B and anti-hCD79B. The mCD79B were exclusively detectable in wild-type mice but not hCD79B humanized mice. hCD79B were exclusively detectable in hCD79B humanized mice but not in wild-type mice.
