Fig.1 Detection of ITGB7 expression in spleen by RT-PCR. Spleen RNA was extracted from 8-10-week-old male WT C57BL/6 mice and 9-week-old male homozygous hITGB7 knockin mice, then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mRNA primers. Mouse Itgb7 mRNA (274 bp) was detectable only in wild-type C57BL/6 mice. Human ITGB7 mRNA (536 bp) was detectable only in homozygous hITGB7 knockin mice but not in wild-type mice.
