Leukocytes were collected from spleen of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (female, 8 weeks old) and homozygous hOX40/hOX40L/hICOS/hICOSL(2) humanized mice (female, 8 weeks old) stimulated with anti-mCD3e (50μg) in vivo for 48h, and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mOX40 and anti-hOX40.
