DTR作用验证

Cd19-IRES-DTRGFP杂合子小鼠和野生型小鼠接种 MC38 结肠癌细胞系,肿瘤生长至约 100 mm3, Cd19-IRES-DTRGFP小鼠腹腔注射白喉毒素,每两天给药一次,连续给药3次,观察给药前后肿瘤生长情况,以及外周血中CD19+细胞情况。
