图1.流式检测Ccr2-IRES-DTRGFP小鼠中GFP的表达情况。结果显示杂合子小鼠外周血CCR2和CD11b双阳性细胞中可以检测到GFP的表达。

图2.流式检测Ccr2-IRES-DTRGFP小鼠给药后CCR2/CD11b双阳性细胞和GFP阳性细胞的剔除情况。小鼠每天注射白喉毒素一次,连续注射3天,分别在停药2天和4天后检测CCR2和GFP的表达水平。结果显示停药2天后,杂合子小鼠外周血中CCR2/CD11b双阳性细胞的比例下降,同时GFP阳性细胞的表达水平也显著下降,停药4天后CCR2和CD11b双阳性细胞的表达比例恢复正常,GFP阳性细胞的表达水平也恢复正常。
