应用领域：By mating the reporter mice with CreERT2-expressing mice, Chga positive cells derived from double-positive mice were permanently labeled by fluorescent protein after tamoxifen treatment. These mice may be useful in the research of hypertension, heart disease and enteritidis.

CreERT2-mediated recombination in some cells of the pancreas, lung, kidney and submandibular gland can be induced by tamoxifen. Some leakiness were detected in the brain, stomach, colon and intestine prior to tamoxifen exposure. Besides, tdtomato expression can not be detected in the liver, brown fat, spleen, muscle, skin, testis and epididymis. (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
