RFP+ cells (red) were colocalized with GFP+ cells (green) in the brain and muscle of Pax7^DreERT2/+; Rosa26^RFP/+ mouse after tamoxifen treatment. However, the expression of RFP by induced dre with Pax7^DreERT2/+ was less effective in the muscle.
