The tissues expressing both tdTomato and EGFP include: bone, skull, teeth, eye, lung, stomach, salivary gland, brown adipose tissue, adrenal gland, kidney, small intestine, large intestine, epididymis, and thymus.

The tissues expressing tdTomato include: brain, spinal cord, heart, pancreas, spleen, muscle, skin, and pituitary gland.

In the control group, tdTomato shows minimal leaky expression in: eye, adrenal gland, bone, teeth, epididymis, skin, and thymus.(83-days old, male) (For more detailed information please contact our technical advisor.)
