Fig.1 Detection of ACVR1B expression in hACVR1B knockin mice by WB. Tissues lysates were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (WT, male, 7 weeks old) and homozygous hACVR1B mice (HO, female, 9-10 weeks old), and then analyzed by western blot with anti-ACVR1B antibody (Abclonal, A2279). 20 μg of total proteins were loaded for western blotting analysis. The antibody is cross-reactive between human and mouse ACVR1B. The positive control used is Caco-2 cells.
