图1 FACS检测CD137(4-1BB)人源化杂合子小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞活化后人源4-1BB 表达。

4-1BB人源化杂合子小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞经anti-CD3 和anti-CD28 刺激后收集细胞染色,FACS 检测人源4-1BB 表达。结果显示:4-1BB 人源化杂合子小鼠活化的CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞中均可以检测到人源4-1BB 的活跃表达。(数据来自冠科
