Leukocytes were collected from wild-type M-NSG mice (male, 8 weeks old) and F0(+) HLA-A11.1/B2M(M-NSG) humanized mice (male, 11 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-HLA-ABC, anti-mH2D, anti-mB2M, and anti-hB2M.
