图1 流式检测Ncr1-(2A-CreERT2)+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 小鼠外周血NK细胞中tdTomato的表达。
结果显示： Ncr1-(2A-CreERT2)+/-; Rosa26 tdTomato+/- 小鼠外周血在给tamoxifen前检测不到tdTomato的表达，给tamoxifen后则有tdtTomato表达，证明Ncr1-(2A-CreERT2)小鼠能够作为NK细胞诱导型特异性敲除或过表达的工具鼠。
