Cell Res | 南模生物助力发现心内膜中Kdr的过度表达可改善心肌梗死后的心脏功能
2020年11月20日,上海科技大学张辉团队在Cell Research 在线发表题为“Overexpression of Kdr in adult endocardium induces endocardial neovascularization and improves heart function after myocardial infarction”的研究论文,该研究发现在成年心脏的心内膜细胞中过表达Kdr基因,可以促进心内膜细胞生成冠状血管;心肌梗死后心内膜转变为冠状血管,可以降低心肌细胞的凋亡,减少心脏纤维化,改善心功能。该发现对心肌梗死的治疗具有重要意义。
南模生物为该研究构建了H11-LSL-Kdr-mCherry小鼠模型。

冠状动脉疾病是全世界死亡率和发病率的主要原因。血液流向心肌受阻会导致心脏缺血和心肌梗塞(MI)。在MI期间会诱发许多血管生成因子,但这些因子目前在临床上也不能很好地促进心梗患者产生新的冠状血管,并且具有很大副作用。找到促进冠状血管形成的新方法将有助于心肌梗死的临床治疗。
