将IRES-CreERT2插入到小鼠Atp4b基因终止密码子。与此相似的品系还有Atp4b-IRES-CreERT2(NM-KI-210118),该品系的构建方式是将IRES-CreERT2-WPRE-pA插入到小鼠Atp4b基因起始密码子。 ATP4B是肿瘤抑制因子,可用于研究胃壁细胞在胃上皮稳态过程中的功能。当与含有loxP位点侧翼序列的小鼠杂交时,他莫昔芬诱导的cre重组酶会介导后代目的组织中侧翼序列的缺失。
