RPMI 8226-Luc 细胞系为 RPMI 8226 野生型细胞系经过转染包含 Luciferase 荧光素酶的稳转株，经检测，该细胞系中可检测到高表达 Luciferase 活性，且成瘤过程中 Luciferase 活性呈稳步上升的趋势。
一、细胞形态图
在10倍显微镜下拍摄细胞形态，如图一所示：
