Description

A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-LSL-human NRF2-IRES-luciferase-2A-tdTomato-wpre-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse Rosa26 locus by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing  Cre recombinase  to express human NRF2 and a reporter gene in certain cells or tissues that expressing Cre recombinase.
