Description

A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-Loxp-Stop-Loxp-human cMET-IRES-luciferase-2A-tdTomato-wpre-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse Rosa26 locus by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology.  This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing  Cre recombinase so that human C-MET could be expressed after exposure to Cre recombinase.
